Surface Preparation
- Surface must be clean and structurally sound.
- Remove dust, grease, oil, and loose particles.
- Pre-wet the surface to achieve saturated surface dry (SSD) condition.
Application Procedure
Mix SBR Chemical with water at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:10 (SBR:water) depending on the required consistency. Add the diluted polymer to the dry mix and blend until uniform. Apply immediately after mixing.
Coverage Rate
Approximately 0.5–1.0 kg/m² depending on application thickness and substrate conditions.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Protect from freezing. Shelf life is 12 months in original unopened containers.
