EPS Sheets – Lightweight Thermal Insulation
EPS Sheets (Expanded Polystyrene) are versatile thermal insulation panels manufactured by expanding polystyrene beads and fusing them together using heat and pressure. These lightweight, rigid insulation sheets provide excellent thermal performance at an economical price point for various construction applications.
EPS Sheets offer good thermal insulation properties, helping to reduce energy consumption and maintain comfortable indoor temperatures. Their lightweight nature makes them easy to handle, cut, and install, significantly reducing labor costs. The open-cell structure allows some breathability while maintaining effective insulation performance.
Widely used in construction, packaging, and protective applications, EPS Sheets are suitable for wall insulation, roof insulation, floor insulation, and foundation protection. Their versatility and cost-effectiveness make them a popular choice for both residential and commercial projects.

Installation Procedure
- Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free from debris.
- Cut sheets to required size using a hot wire cutter or fine-toothed saw.
- Fit sheets tightly between joists, studs, or purlins.
- Secure with appropriate mechanical fixings or adhesive.
- Seal joints with compatible tape or sealant to prevent thermal bridging.
Storage
Store in a dry, protected area away from direct sunlight and solvents. UV exposure may cause surface degradation.
Safety Precautions
- Wear gloves and protective clothing during installation.
- Avoid contact with hot surfaces and flames.
- Ensure adequate ventilation during installation.
- Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before use.
