Technical Specifications

Surface Preparation

1. Identify and mark all cracks and leaking areas.
2. Drill injection holes along the crack pattern.
3. Install injection packers into drilled holes.
4. Clean the area of loose debris and dust.
5. Seal surface cracks with appropriate surface sealant.

Application Procedure

Connect the injection pump to the packers and inject Unicorn Injection Grout Resin starting from the lowest point. Inject until resin appears at adjacent holes or until pressure builds. The resin reacts upon contact with water, stopping flow and sealing the crack. Allow to cure fully. Remove packers after curing and seal injection points with repair mortar.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life is 12 months in original unopened containers.
