Technical Specifications

Surface Preparation

1. Surface must be clean, sound, and structurally sound.
2. Remove dust, grease, oil, and contaminants.
3. Grind or shot-blast to achieve proper surface profile.
4. Repair cracks and damaged areas with appropriate repair mortar.

Application Procedure

Mix the polyurethane components according to manufacturer's instructions. Apply the base coat at the recommended coverage rate. While the base coat is still wet, broadcast anti-slip aggregates evenly. Allow to cure. Apply the top coat to encapsulate the aggregates and provide a durable, sealed finish.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life is 12 months in original unopened containers.
