Technical Specifications

Surface Preparation

1. Surface must be clean, dry, and free from rust, oil, grease, and contaminants.
2. Remove loose rust and mill scale by wire brushing or sandblasting.
3. Apply rust converter to clean surfaces before coating if required.
4. Ensure surface is dry and at the recommended temperature for application.

Application Procedure

Stir Unicorn Anti-Corrosive Coating thoroughly before use. Apply by brush, roller, or spray equipment at the recommended coverage rate. Apply a second coat after the first coat has dried for optimal protection. For severe corrosive environments, apply additional coats as required.

Storage
