Surface Preparation

1. Surface must be clean, dry, and structurally sound.
2. Remove dust, debris, and loose particles.
3. Apply primer to ensure optimal adhesion.
4. Level uneven surfaces with appropriate repair mortar.

Application Procedure

Unroll the membrane and position it on the prepared surface. Use a gas torch to heat the underside of the membrane until the bitumen melts. Press firmly onto the substrate to ensure complete contact. Overlap joints by 80-100mm and seal edges with compatible sealant. For complex details, use appropriate flashing and detail membranes.

Storage

Store rolls upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and ignition sources. Shelf life is 12 months in original packaging.
