Unicorn BituCoat is a rubberised bituminous emulsion for damp-proofing foundations and retaining walls, and doubles as an anti-corrosive coating for exposed metal and pipework. It cures into a seamless, flexible black membrane that resists ground moisture and minor structural movement.
