Technical Specifications

Surface Preparation

1. Surface must be clean, sound, and free from dust, grease, and loose particles.
2. Pre-wet the surface to achieve saturated surface dry (SSD) condition.
3. Repair cracks and damaged areas before application.
4. Apply primer if required for optimal adhesion.

Application Procedure

Mix powder with liquid component using a mechanical mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Apply the first coat using a brush or roller at a coverage of 1.5 kg/m². Allow to dry for 2-4 hours. Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first. Allow to cure for 24-48 hours before tiling.

Storage

Store powder in a dry place away from moisture. Store liquid in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 12 months in original unopened containers.
